Welcome to Jessica Larm Jewellery. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, purchasing a product, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Exchanges
Each piece is individually handmade and one-of-a-kind. Alternate sizes or duplicates are not available. Please confirm your ring size before ordering—if unsure, we recommend visiting a local jeweller.
If your item doesn’t fit and resizing is not possible, you may request an exchange or store credit for another available item. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. All returns must be in original, unworn condition. Exchanges or credits will be issued once the piece is received and inspected.
We strongly recommend returning items via insured and trackable postage. We are not responsible for parcels lost in return transit.

Warranty
All pieces come with an 8-month warranty covering manufacturing faults or defects in craftsmanship. To initiate a warranty claim, please email jessi.larm@gmail.com with photographs of the issue and your order number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or tarnishing due to improper care.
Lost or Missing Parcels
In the event that your order is lost in transit, we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. If the parcel is officially declared lost, we will remake the item if possible or discuss alternative options. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not available for lost parcels, as items are dispatched in good faith with tracking and fulfilment.

Shipping
Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving full payment. Custom orders have a lead time of 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise specified during the ordering process.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. A confirmation email will be sent upon shipment.
International Orders
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery timeframes vary and customers are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes.
Custom Orders
Custom order requests will be reviewed based on design feasibility and alignment with Jessica’s aesthetic. If approved, you’ll receive a quote based on your specifications. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. This deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Please confirm ring sizes and all details accurately—custom pieces cannot be resized, exchanged, or refunded once created.
Production takes approximately 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. You will receive progress photos and the final piece for approval before final payment and shipping.
Returns
Due to the unique and handmade nature of each piece, returns are not generally accepted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion, assessed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, returns must be in original, unworn condition.
Earrings are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Care & Materials Disclaimer
All pieces are hand-crafted using high-quality materials, including natural stones and metals. Slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered faults.
Please follow the care instructions provided [Include link]. Damage caused by improper storage, contact with chemicals, or failure to follow care guidelines is not covered by warranty.
Workshops & Coaching
By purchasing or participating in a workshop or coaching session with Jessica Larm, you agree to the following terms:
All payments and deposits are non-refundable, regardless of your level of participation.
If you wish to cancel, at least 7 days’ notice is required prior to the service start date. No refunds are provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
All educational content remains the intellectual property of Jessica Larm. You may not copy, repurpose, distribute, or resell any material, resources, or recordings.
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing or commissioning a piece, you agree to provide accurate information, clear communication, and timely feedback when required. This ensures an efficient process and helps us deliver your order or service to a high standard.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, product names, content, and branding on this website are the property of Jessica Larm Jewellery and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Privacy

Limitation of Liability
Jessica Larm Jewellery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or services. All reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy of information, but we make no guarantees as to completeness or accuracy.
