Bespoke jewellery is created with your story in mind with my Nordic vibe. It can celebrate a milestone or bring a unique idea to life. Each piece is designed with care and crafted by hand to be meaningful, lasting and entirely your own.
The Process
I work closely with you to bring your ideas to life within my Nordic vibe and aesthetic. Every commission begins with a conversation and develops step by step.
1. Discuss Your Vision
We start with an initial consultation where you can share your inspiration, preferred shapes and materials. This is the stage to bring photos, sketches, and ideas.
2. Design the Piece
From our discussion, I create design options that reflect your ideas. Sketches, reference images, and material samples help refine the concept until you are confident in the final design.
3. Craft with Care
Once the design is approved, I begin making your piece by hand in my studio. This stage includes sourcing materials, forming or soldering metal by hand, making a lost wax model to be cast, then hand finishing details, including sawing, filing and sanding. I keep you updated throughout the process so you can see your piece take form.
4. Delivery
Your finished jewellery is carefully polished, packaged, and presented, ready to wear and treasure. Care instructions and a polishing cloth are included to help you look after your new piece.
What Can Be Commissioned
Each commission is unique, shaped by your story and ideas. As an art jeweller I make jewellery with a specific Nordic vibe - simple, elegant and sculptural. I prefer to work with clients that want something within my design aesthetic or feel. I am not a traditional bench jeweller or diamond setter - so would refer you on to other jewellers should you want something outside of my scope.

Please contact me to arrange and assess correct ring sizing prior to commencement of your project. This is best arranged in person with a ring sizer over a consultation, however there are other methods we can use remotely.

My pendants are always handmade. My chunky chains are also bespoke. However, for fine chains I use a quality Italian made product from a jeweller supplier, as these are impossible to hand fabricate with my current studio set-up. These come in various styles and lengths which can also be discussed during a consultation.

I always use solid sterling silver or gold to make earring findings that make contact with the skin. If you have an allergy please let me know. Not all designs are possible for earrings as they need to be relatively light weight.

Unfortunately I do not work with old jewellery. I can however refer you on to other jewellers who would happily work with you to rework your heirloom.
Timeframe and Investment
Each commission is handmade and requires time for design, sourcing, and making. Most bespoke pieces take 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. Quotes are provided after our initial consultation.
